Job summary

Brookside Properties, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for Kirkwood Place in Greensboro, NC. You will lead daily operations, drive leasing, and ensure a premium resident experience at a boutique Class A community with 57 homes.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of property management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Proficiency with Entrata is preferred, with training provided, and you will manage budgets, financial reporting, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of property management experience.
• Experience with Class A properties preferred.
• Strong leadership to guide leasing and maintenance teams.
• Excellent communication with residents, staff, and vendors.
• Familiarity with Entrata or willingness to be trained.
• Financial oversight including budgeting and collections.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of property management experience preferably in a Class A property
• Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate your leasing and maintenance teams
• Excellent communication skills for building lasting relationships with residents, staff, and vendors
• Experience with property management software (Entrata preferred, but training available)
• Financial expertise in budgeting, collections, and maximizing property performance
• Detail-oriented approach to property inspections, resident satisfaction, and community standards
