Job summary

Brookside Properties, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Kirkwood Place in Greensboro, NC to help deliver exceptional resident experiences and smooth daily operations.

You’ll lead leasing support, renewals, and resident relations while assisting the Community Manager with team leadership and achieving occupancy and financial goals, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Entrata preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask.
