Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of community management / property management experience.
• Property Manager license required.
• Knowledge of manufactured housing industry (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with property management software (Rent Manager, Yardi or similar).
• Proven track record of rent collection and revenue management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Customer service excellence – be ready to share stories of successful resident engagement and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular meetings to support employee growth.
• Oversee turnover and occupancy of homes to maintain high occupancy.

I am hiring for a passionate Community Manager to oversee operations, drive NOI, and foster an exceptional resident experience within a great community in Frankfort, IN.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for day-to-day management of several manufactured/mobile home communities.
• Inspire and mentor your team to deliver exceptional resident experiences
• Perform operational tasks such as collecting rent, upholding community standards, hosting community events, maintaining a large budget, etc.
• Vigilantly observe the quality of life in your communities and address any issues.
• Make executive decisions when it comes to financial success (NOI) and the overall safety and conditions of your community.
