Job summary

RogueSearch is seeking a passionate Community Manager for operations across manufactured home communities near the Anderson area. You will oversee day-to-day management, drive NOI, and deliver an exceptional resident experience.

In this role, you will mentor your team, manage budgets and events, and ensure high occupancy and safety. This Mon-Fri, 40-hour position offers base pay, commissions, and full benefits as part of a growth-focused platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of community management / property management experience.
• Knowledge of manufactured housing industry (preferred).
• Experience with property management software (Rent Manager, Yardi or similar).
• Proven track record of rent collection and revenue management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily community operations, including rent collections and resident relations.
• Recruit, train, manage, and develop team members.
• Lead regular meetings to drive employee growth and performance.
• Oversee turnover of homes to maintain high occupancy and turnover efficiency.
• Plan and oversee community events to foster a positive environment.
• Coordinate with residents to uphold property standards.

I am hiring for a passionate Community Manager to oversee operations, drive NOI, and foster an exceptional resident experience within communities around the Anderson area.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for day‑to‑day management of several wonderful, manufactured home communities.
• Inspire and mentor your team to deliver exceptional resident experiences
• Perform operational tasks such as collecting rent, upholding community standards, hosting community events, maintaining a large budget, etc.
• Vigilantly observe the quality of life in your communities and address any issues.
• Make executive decisions when it comes to financial success (NOI) and the overall safety and conditions of your community.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily community operations, including but not limited to: rent collections, resident relations/evictions, maintain community budget, conflict resolution, etc.
• Recruit, train, manage, and develop team members.
• Leadership and staff management holding consistent team meetings to facilitate employee growth
• Manage the turn of all new, used, foreclosed, and broker homes to ensure ongoing success and high occupancy of the community
• Plan and oversee community events to help maintain a positive community environment
• Coordinate with residents to uphold property standards
• Oversee community maintenance and curb appeal
• Marketing and occupancy optimization
• Administrative tasks using property management software

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required
• 3+ years of community management / property management experience
• Knowledge of manufactured housing industry (preferred)
• Experience with property management software (Rent Manager, Yardi or similar)
• Proven track record of rent collection and revenue management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• Customer service excellence – be ready to share stories of successful resident engagement and problem resolution!
