We are seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focusedCommunity Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned residential community.
The Community Manager plays an important role in maintaining and protecting the value of the property while creating a positive experience for current and prospective residents. This position serves as a key liaison between the company and the community, building strong resident relationships, addressing concerns, supporting leasing efforts, overseeing property operations, and helping ensure the community remains a well-maintained and welcoming place to live.

A successful Community Manager is someone who can balance resident service with the operational responsibilities of managing a property. We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable communicating with a variety of people.
This position requires the mobility to regularly alternate between sitting, standing, walking, crouching, and kneeling in order to perform job responsibilities.
Approximately25% or more of the workday may be spent walking throughout the assigned property to monitor community conditions and support day-to-day operations.
Minimal travel is required.
