Brookside Properties Adler Apartments in Bowling Green, KY, seeks a Community Manager to lead our on-site team and deliver an exceptional resident experience. The successful candidate will have 1+ year of experience in multi-family property management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

You’ll drive occupancy and financial performance, oversee budgeting and reporting, coordinate property inspections, ensure top-tier customer service, and coach your on-site staff to grow with

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in multi-family property management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate leasing and maintenance teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bilingual a plus but not required.
• Strong computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, property management software).
• Professional, positive, and resident-focused mindset.
