Towne Properties is seeking a Community Manager for Hollow Tree Apartments in Galesburg, IL. The role focuses on daily operations, leasing, and resident relations to create a prime living experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in multifamily property management, LIHTC experience is preferred, and strong budgeting/communication skills. This on-site position offers standard benefits and growth opportunities within Towne Properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to create a positive living experience for residents.
