Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for Woodlake Apartments in Escondido, CA. This on-site role involves completing resident service requests, repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and performing preventative maintenance.

Ideal candidates have hands-on trade experience, strong mechanical aptitude, dependable work ethic, good communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and troubleshoot maintenance issues.

• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.

New to property management? That's okay. Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, construction, facilities maintenance, or other skilled trades can provide a great foundation for apartment maintenance.

What You’ll Do

• Complete resident service requests and troubleshoot maintenance issues

Schedule

This position works a five-day schedule and participates in a rotational on-call schedule for after-hours emergency maintenance needs.
