Eligible applicants will have HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or related skilled-trade experience. A valid driver’s license is required; on-call rotation applies, with a five-day workweek structure.

Gaines Investment Trust is looking for hands-on, dependable individuals interested in Maintenance Technician opportunities at Ventana Apartments.

Compensation:

$24-$27 per hour, based on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses

New to property management? That's okay.

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, construction, facilities maintenance, or other skilled trades can provide a great foundation for apartment maintenance.

What You'll Do

• Complete resident service requests and troubleshoot maintenance issues
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other apartment systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents

Schedule
