Job summary

Otter Creek HOA is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to upkeep community facilities and grounds. You will perform routine tasks across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, inspect property, address resident requests, and help prepare community events.

On-site role emphasizes safety, reliability, and clear communication with residents and management. Prior maintenance experience and willingness to lift/move equipment are essential; certifications and HOA experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying equipment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on community facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of property and grounds to identify maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and address issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain landscaping and outdoor areas, including mowing, trimming, and seasonal clean‑up.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in the preparation of community events and activities as needed.
• Document maintenance activities and report on the condition of facilities to management.
