Job summary

Vero Maintenance is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general repairs, routine maintenance, and light installations across HOA communities. You will troubleshoot issues, complete work efficiently, and represent Vero Maintenance with professionalism on-site.

The role requires 2+ years in maintenance, broad knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs, plus a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience.
• Broad knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Ability to diagnose issues and propose solutions.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks daily.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across HOA communities.
• Complete work orders: drywall repair and painting.
• Handle minor plumbing repairs.
• Handle basic electrical work.
• Repair doors, locks, and hardware.
• Repair fencing, gates, and railings.
• Repair flooring (vinyl, tile, minor carpet).
• Carpentry touch-ups and trim work.
• Document work performed and materials used.
• Communicate with supervisors, managers, and residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Follow HOA rules and company safety standards.
