Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Marshfield, MA is seeking staff to provide direct support and training to individuals with disabilities in community-based settings including OPTS centers and job placements. Work closely with Case Management, Program Director, and Job Placement staff to promote readiness for employment.

The role involves assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and documentation, with potential rate differentials for more supervised environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and related disclosures.
• Successful completion of all state and agency mandated trainings.
• Must be able to perform essential duties; reasonable accommodations may be made.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or group support as defined in the ISP.
• Develop member skills in self-care, self-preservation, communication, and daily living.
• Collaborate with Case Managers and staff to promote growth and independence.
• Instruct, supervise and evaluate individuals in community living and document progress.
• Maintain a clean, orderly program environment per supervisor’s directions.
• Assist with personal care tasks and possible physical transfers as needed.
• Implement plans including OT/PT/Behavioral Nursing and Speech therapies when indicated.
• Write daily shift reports and attend required meetings.
