Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to provide community living support for an individual with intellectual disabilities in the Burlington area. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the individual's needs are met and providing a safe and supportive environment both in the home and the community.

Responsibilities include one-on-one support, daily living assistance, and ensuring safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor is important.
• Ability to pass a background check is required.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Ensure safety and well-being in home and community.
• Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere.
• Follow agency policies and procedures.
