Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking Direct Care Support Professionals to provide supported employment, respite, and community living support for an individual with intellectual disabilities. You will help meet the individual’s needs and ensure a safe, supportive environment at home and in the community.

Responsibilities include one-on-one support, daily living assistance, and ensuring safety in both home and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community.
• Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere.
• Follow agency policies and procedures.
