Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services seeks compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual disabilities, ensuring safety and a supportive environment both in the home and in the community. You will assist with daily living activities, transportation to the Dream Center, and collaborate with the Dream Center team to support individuals’ needs.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and be capable of passing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Ensure safety and well-being in home and community.
• Transport the individual to and from the Dream Center.
• Assist with daily living activities such as toileting, dressing, and supervision.
• Work with the individual at the Dream Center.
