Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, providing support, encouragement and skill-building activities in Southeast Michigan.

You will also help bring recipients into the community to grow and strengthen their personal goals outside the home. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 caregiver support in clients' homes.
• Encourage and assist with skill-building activities.
• Transport recipients to community activities.
• Support growth of personal goals outside the home.
