Job summary

ExpertCare in Detroit, MI is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes, assisting with daily activities and skill-building.

You will help recipients grow personally by engaging in community activities and encouraging independence, with flexible schedules and ongoing training.

Our Southeast Michigan service area offers full and part-time roles, weekly pay, a virtual interview process, and opportunities to make a meaningful difference.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to recipients in Southeast Michigan
• Assist with daily activities and skill-building in clients' homes
• Help clients engage with community activities to grow independence
• Support caregivers and recipients to achieve personal goals within home and community settings
