You will build community connections and provide person-centered care in homes and day programs in Charles County. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a clean driving record with at least two years of driving experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Clean driving record with 2 years driving experience and less than 2 points.
• Experience working with disabled adults preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Implement goals for individuals served.
• Monitor and document progress.
• Administer medications as assigned.
• Assist individuals moving around homes.
• Help with laundering and house cleaning.
• Support individuals in making choices and staying engaged.
• Possibly transport individuals on community outings.
• Maintain flexibility during the day to meet client needs.
