Fello Inc. is hiring Community Support Assistants to help people with disabilities live independently in Anne Arundel County or on the Eastern Shore. You will be part of a small team supporting daily living activities, personal care, meals, and transportation in home or group-home settings.

Responsibilities include promoting safety, documenting progress, and engaging individuals in meaningful activities. Training will cover required DD and agency standards; certification to administer medication

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required; relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with people with disabilities is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support 1–4 individuals in group homes or personal homes in Anne Arundel County or Eastern Shore.
• Assist with personal care, daily living activities, meal prep, and transportation.
• Complete daily logs and progress notes to track person-centered plans.
• Provide safety oversight and engage individuals in meaningful activities.
• May administer medications after required training to become a Certified Medication Technician.
