Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Full driver's license (non-provisional).
• Clean driving record with 2 years driving experience.
• Must be able to complete Med Tech Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in community, employment, and program settings.
• Assist individuals with activities of daily living and personal care as needed.
• Support health-related needs in accordance with agency policies and training requirements.
• Encourage independence while providing appropriate assistance and guidance.
