Job summary

The Caring Community of CT is seeking a Community Living Specialist based at Donna House in East Haddam. Pay is $20.16 per hour with open shift Tue-Sat, 3 PM to 10 PM (varies). This role supports individuals with daily living activities, mobility, and basic medical tasks in a safe, respectful environment.

You will complete notes, follow behavioral support plans, provide transportation as needed, and participate in required trainings and certifications, including CPR and first aid.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities and behavioral care plans.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using approved training and equipment.
• Provide basic medical support and medication administration as trained.
• Complete notes, reports, and incident documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain a safe environment and follow agency policies to protect individuals.
