The role emphasizes safe housing, documentation, and collaboration with teams. A High School diploma is required and a valid driver's license is preferred; CPR/First Aid training is expected upon hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with community engagement and activities.
• Support independence and skill development in self-help and daily living.
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance; help with medications as needed.
• Document progress and maintain required records accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment and participate in trainings.
