Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Direct Support Professionals; schedule, supervise, and evaluate performance.
• Manage health/ regulatory documentation; participate in trainings and on-call rotations.
• Facilitate community integration and encourage meaningful activities for individuals served.
• Coordinate documentation and communication with professional managers and healthcare providers.
