Job summary

Living Innovations is seeking a Community Living Coordinator to support adults with IDD in Shared Living arrangements. You will conduct regular home visits, oversee DSPs, and work with families and professionals to create personalized support plans.

Ideal candidates have experience with IDD settings, strong advocacy skills, and a commitment to compliant, high-quality care. This full-time role is based in Maine with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year of IDD or related social/healthcare experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bi-monthly in-person home visits to provide support and ensure the quality of shared living services.
• Oversee and manage Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Collaborate with individuals with IDD, their families, and other professionals to develop individualized support plans.
• Advocate for individuals' needs and connect them with community resources.
• Motivate and support your DSP team to deliver exceptional care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
