Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities in Florida seeks a Community Life Associate to enhance residents' daily living via engaging activities and meaningful interactions, with focus on memory care and assisted living settings.

The schedule is Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon from 9 am to 4 pm, and the ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for seniors. Training and support are provided to help you thrive.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience preparing and implementing activities, preferably in Memory Care & Assisted Living settings.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for seniors.
• Computer literate.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement resident activities and programs.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents.
• Represent Watermark with a warm, friendly demeanor.

Job Requirements

• 2 years of experience preparing and implementing activities, preferably in Memory Care & Assisted Living settings

• Degree in therapeutic recreation or related field a plus
• experience in resident programming preferred

• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate
