Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities in Bellevue, WA is seeking an Activities Coordinator to plan and implement engaging resident programs that enhance daily life and well-being.

Requirements include 2 years’ experience in preparing and implementing activities, 2-4 years in resident programming, and weekend/holiday availability; a degree in therapeutic recreation or related field is a plus.

Job Requirements

• 2 years’ experience in preparing and implementing Activities preferred
• Experience working in short term and long term care preferred
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Degree in therapeutic recreation or related field a plus
• 2-4 years’ experience in resident programming preferred
• Passion for seniors
• Excellent communication skills
