Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer engagement at service desks and handles circulation tasks.
• Offers reference, research, reader’s advisory, and referral services.
• Delivers technical support to the public, including computer assistance.
• Assists with library information and publicity about amenities and events.
• Plans and presents community events and supports library events as needed.
• Supports collection management and project coordination to meet deadlines.
