Job summary

Legacy Home Care is seeking a part-time Caregiver to provide home care visits and support in Assisted Living Communities in the Twin Cities area. You will deliver personal care, companionship, and daily living assistance, improving residents' quality of life while collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience in Assisted Living or Home Care (CNA certification is a plus!).
• Ability to pass a multiple-choice Nursing Assistant knowledge quiz
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel up to 35 miles from home

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, living assistance and companionship to residents.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, eating, bathing and socializing.
• Support residents with transfers and therapeutic exercises as needed.
• Perform household services and assist the care team in daily activities.
• Build rapport with residents and colleagues across healthcare professionals.
