Bravo Pharmacy is an independent, community pharmacy looking to add a new Community Liaison to the team. We pride ourselves on customer service and seek a team member eager to learn. Our healthcare organization specializes in several therapeutic areas, partnering with physicians to improve patients' quality of life through safe, effective, and customized healthcare solutions.

Our pharmacy offers compounding services and features the BravoPak, an innovative medication management system designed to help patients adhere to their prescribed therapies (www.MyBravoRx.com/pages/BravoPak).

Job Summary

As a Community Liaison, you will pursue opportunities and represent our services while providing excellent customer service in an untapped market.

We seek self-motivated, enthusiastic candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills, a team-oriented mindset, and creative problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Spend 90% of your time in the field, traveling across Massachusetts, including Springfield and areas around Boston.
• Secure meetings with potential and existing clients and coordinate with our Clinical Pharmacist.
• Represent Bravo Pharmacy and learn our business.
• Learn about therapies and approaches to effectively promote our services.
• Provide outstanding customer service and act as the main contact for prospects and leads.
• Develop proficiency in selling our products and approaches.
