Enhabit, Inc. is seeking a dedicated business development professional to serve as the primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and senior living communities.

You will educate partners on Enhabit services and program requirements to support smooth post‑acute care transitions and improved patient outcomes. The role emphasizes strong interpersonal and presentation skills, knowledge of Medicare guidelines, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field or graduate of an approved nursing/therapy/social work school.
• Two years minimum in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare home health and hospice operations.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, senior living communities) to grow referrals.
• Educate referral sources on Enhabit services and program requirements to support post-acute care transitions and patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations while promoting high-quality patient and referral source satisfaction.
