Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, public relations or related field.
• Previous experience or knowledge of the child welfare system preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Answer or route community complaints and concerns.
• Track and evaluate client complaints with the goal of reducing grievances per quarter.
• Develop and maintain a client concern line to improve communication.
• Assist with local public relations, newsletters, and press releases.
