Children’s Network of Hillsborough is seeking a community liaison to serve as a bridge between clients and the organization. The role focuses on handling complaints, improving client communications, and supporting public relations efforts within Hillsborough County.

The candidate will build relationships with foster families, stakeholders, and agency partners, while tracking data, maintaining records, and contributing to training initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, public relations or related field preferred.
• Previous experience or knowledge of the child welfare system preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Answer or route community complaints and concerns.
• Track and evaluate client complaints to reduce issues.
• Develop a client concern line to improve communication with stakeholders.
• Assist local public relations with newsletters, press releases, and materials.
• Ensure dissemination of project information to staff, stakeholders, and agencies.
• Provide training related to client relations and customer service.
• Submit monthly or quarterly reports on services and activities.
