The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Marketing/Business Development professional to help identify and develop referral sources across the health care continuum.
The role involves outreach to physician offices, hospitals, and senior care facilities to present credentials and generate patient referrals. Ideal candidates will analyze markets, plan marketing activities, and collaborate with field staff to implement initiatives that grow patient admissions and improve service awareness in the
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Licenses/Certification: None. Required Experience: Hospice Care: 1 year (Preferred). Marketing: 1 year (Required). Social Work: 1 year (Preferred).
