Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a Marketing and Sales Specialist to analyze and expand the company’s referral network for hospice and senior living services.

You will visit physician offices, hospitals, and facilities to present credentials, develop sales projections, and implement a marketing plan with a goal of growing patient referrals while aligning with company values. This is a full-time role requiring organization and strong communication, with a valid driver's

Qualifications

  • Must be organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
  • Visit doctor offices, hospitals, Assisted Living facilities, and other sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
  • Develop a marketing plan and implement it within the timetable.
  • Attend meetings and assist staff with physician visits and IDG updates as needed.
  • Provide community outreach and education.

Location: Meridian, IdahoSchedule: M-F, 8am-5pmPay: $65-80k salary + incentive bonus structureEssential FunctionsAnalyze the potential of the company’s service area to determine target markets.Visit’s Doctor offices, hospitals, Assisted Living facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.Analyze the company’s organization to determine its strengths and weaknessesAnalyze past and current marketing data.Complete an analysis of the company’s “product” line.Analyze patient/company relationships.Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable.Implement marketing plan staying within established timetable.Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis.Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.Assist office staff as needed with going to Physician’s offices to obtain signatures, drop off IDG updates, etc.Provide community outreach and education.Other FunctionsPerforms other tasks as assigned.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (Below are listed examples)Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.Must be organized and detail oriented.Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.Ability to proficiently multi-task.Ability to access patients’ homes which may not be routinely wheelchair accessible is required.Physical activities will include, walking sitting, stooping, and standing.
