Job summary

Emblem Home Health & Hospice in Phoenix seeks a Hospice Marketing Liaison to develop and nurture relationships with physicians, hospitals, and referral sources across the Phoenix area. You will educate healthcare professionals and community groups about hospice services, supporting patients and families through referral and admission with empathy and clear communication.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Marketing/related field and 3+ years in healthcare marketing, preferably hospice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare marketing experience, hospice experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and public relations skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a compassionate, patient-first approach
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to meet outreach goals

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources
• Educate healthcare professionals and community groups about hospice services and benefits
• Serve as a knowledgeable, compassionate resource for patients and families during the referral and admission process
• Document outreach activities and maintain accurate records of interactions
• Ensure all messaging reflects our commitment to dignity, comfort, and quality care
• Collaborate with care coordination teams to support smooth transitions for patients
• Monitor community needs and identifies opportunities to improve access to hospice care
