Job summary

St. Joseph Hospice in Houston, TX seeks a Community Liaison to join its team. You will educate physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and families about hospice services while building referral networks.

This role conducts in-services, face-to-face sales calls, and represents the facility at community events and marketing activities. Qualifications include associate or bachelor’s degree, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong written and verbal communication.

• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with physicians, social workers, case managers, patients and families.
