Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of consumer lending experience.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and analyze financials.
• Computer proficiency and willingness to learn banking software.

Responsibilities

• Meet with loan applicants and identify their needs.
• Collect information and assist with filling loan applications.
• Review requests and evaluate eligibility including income and credit scores.
• Submit applications in a timely manner and notify applicants of status.
• Prepare reports on approvals/denials for management.
• Assist with documentation and loan setup after approval.
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
