Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Underwrite, analyze, and present financial statements and tax returns for credit decisions.
• Facilitate loan closings by explaining documents and obtaining signatures.
• Recommend Exchange Bank products to meet goals and refer to appropriate areas.
• Establish relationships with real estate brokers and builders, leading small business prospects for C&I and CRE loans.
