The role requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and property management software, including Yardi or ResMan. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and effectively close leases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage residents and guests in person, by phone, and online.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartments and amenities.
• Process rental applications and leases accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to resident questions and service requests promptly.
• Support retention through outstanding customer service.
