Job summary

Roundhouse is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Timnath, CO. You will manage the leasing process from first hello to signed lease, ensuring residents are engaged and satisfied. Expect a 5-day work week, including Saturday, with hourly pay and commissions based on performance.

Your role includes greeting prospects, guiding tours, processing applications, and maintaining strong resident relations while meeting occupancy targets and upholding Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leasing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Strong sales and customer-service skills essential.
• A desire to lead within the community and local area.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willing to travel occasionally between properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects, answer questions, and verify eligibility as first contact.
• Build resident relations, address concerns, drive retention.
• Walk community daily to maintain tours, models, amenities, and common areas.
• Process notices to vacate, renewals, service requests, and move-ins/outs.
• Meet occupancy goals and rental targets, with a 35% closing ratio potential.
• Maintain CRM records and manage resident communications.
• Monitor local market trends and complete monthly surveys.
• Support marketing initiatives and flag opportunities to management.
• Plan and host resident events and activities.
• Keep files organized and ensure safety and Fair Housing compliance.
