Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally between properties.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects, answer questions, and verify eligibility as the first contact.
• Build resident relations, address concerns, ensure satisfaction, drive retention.
• Walk the community daily to keep tour paths, models, amenities, and common areas sharp.
• Prepare and process notices to vacate, renewals, service requests, applications, move-ins/outs, and transfers.
• Hit occupancy, renewal, and turn-time goals with a 35% rental closing ratio.
• Manage resident communications and keep CRM records.
• Track local market trends and recommend pricing to Community Manager.
• Support marketing initiatives and flag local opportunities.
• Plan and host resident events and activities.
