Roundhouse is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage the leasing process from first hello to signed lease and to keep residents happy. You will welcome prospects, verify eligibility, drive occupancy, and maintain CRM records while promoting a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of specialized high-rise experience; Class A or luxury noted as an advantage.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
• Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to lead and engage with the local community.
• Willingness to travel occasionally between properties.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects, answer questions, verify eligibility as first contact.
• Build resident relations, address concerns, drive retention.
• Tour the community daily; keep models, amenities, and common areas sharp.
• Prepare notices to vacate, renewals, service requests, move-ins/outs.
• Hit occupancy and renewal goals; target >35% rental closings.
• Manage resident communications and keep CRM records up to date.
• Track market trends and advise on competitive pricing to management.
• Support marketing initiatives and flag local opportunities.
• Plan and host resident events; keep files accurate.
• Follow safety, Fair Housing, and company policies; represent Roundhouse positively.
