Job summary

Roundhouse in Windsor, CO is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage the leasing process from initial greeting to signed lease, and to keep current residents satisfied. You will be the first face prospects see, building strong relationships and guiding them to choose our community.

Responsibilities include daily tours, processing notices, renewals, and move-ins/out, with a goal to achieve strong occupancy and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leasing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Strong sales and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally between properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects, answer questions, and verify eligibility as first contact.
• Build resident relations by addressing concerns and driving retention.
• Walk the community daily to maintain tour paths, models, amenities, and common areas.
• Prepare and process notices to vacate, renewals, applications, move-ins/outs, transfers.
• Hit occupancy, renewals, and turn-time goals, with a 35% rental closing ratio.
• Manage resident communication and CRM records.
• Monitor local market trends and suggest competitive pricing to the Community Manager.
• Support marketing initiatives and flag local opportunities to management.
• Plan and host resident events and activities.
• Keep resident/vendor files accurate and organized.
