Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to direct day-to-day property operations and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. You will manage tenant relations, coordinate repairs, and prepare status reports across assigned properties.

The role requires at least 2 years’ experience in apartment management and leasing, with strong budgeting and analytic capabilities for operational reviews. Excellent communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing an apartment community and leasing.
• Demonstrated financial administration of budgets and operational review and analysis.
• Ability to exercise judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relations and coordinate requests for repairs and maintenance.
• Prepare annual recertifications and interview prospective residents.
• Show apartments and property, explain occupancy terms and complete leasing.
• Prepare vacancy reports and inspect premises, coordinate marketing/promotions.
