Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Community Assistant for Carrington at Oak Hill in Austin, TX. Under the direction of the Community Manager, you will ensure excellent customer service in daily management and coordinate property operations, supporting residents' quality living environment.

Key duties include leasing support, resident events, inspections, and assisting with financial administration, payroll reporting, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred; LIHTC accreditation or LIHTC designations preferred.
• Experience: One-year property management experience or 4-year degree in a related field; working knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and occupancy guidelines.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize cash flow by optimizing rent collections and minimizing delinquencies.
• Ensure accuracy of Yardi data and leasing-related finances; process A/R, A/P, and rent statements.
• Assist Community Manager in hitting revenue and occupancy targets; manage renewals and market data.
• Plan and support resident events; conduct property inspections and ensure units are market-ready.
• Assist in recruiting, evaluating, and developing team members; may cover other properties as needed.
