Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a Baton Rouge property. This role requires daily on-site presence and strong customer service to greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.

The position includes tasks such as conducting tours, closing sales, completing leasing paperwork, and maintaining accurate traffic data. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales: appointments, tours, leases, and follow-up.
