Fairfield Residential in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Community Leasing Associate to guide prospective residents through the leasing process and create exceptional living experiences. This role blends sales, customer service, and marketing to help our communities thrive.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in customer service or sales, a high school diploma, and familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
• Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

As a Community Leasing Associate, you'll be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and creating exceptional living experiences. This role combines sales, customer service, and marketing to help our communities thrive.

What We're Looking For

Estimated Rate of Pay

Estimated Rate of Pay:
$21.60 - $25.92
This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions, or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
