Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking a Community Leasing Associate at our Chroma Park community in Austell, GA. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, support sales, and help create exceptional living experiences.

You’ll handle lease files, use Yardi for leasing tasks, and assist with marketing, driving community visibility and occupancy in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook, Word & Excel.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
• Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Estimated Rate of Pay:
$19.24 - $22.60
This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
