Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking a Community Leasing Associate to greet prospects, guide them through the leasing process, and create welcoming living experiences at Landara Apartments.

You’ll blend sales, customer service, and marketing, using Yardi to manage leases, update records, and stay informed on local market trends. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills; leasing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

About the Role

As a Community Leasing Associate, you’ll be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and creating exceptional living experiences. This role combines sales, customer service, and marketing to help our communities thrive.

Customer Service & Sales

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents.

What We’re Looking For

Estimated Rate of Pay:
$20.16 - $24.15
This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:

* Pay range is a calculation based on a midpoint price. Fairfield complies with all wage and hour laws, including minimum wage and salary exempt requirements.
