Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Community Leasing Associate in Lakewood, Colorado. In this role, you will guide prospective residents through the leasing process and create exceptional living experiences. Your responsibilities include driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and managing lease files.

About the Role

As a Community Leasing Associate, you’ll be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and creating exceptional living experiences. This role combines sales, customer service, and marketing to help our communities thrive.

What You'll Do

Customer Service & Sales
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents.
  • Drive the leasing process and close deals.
  • Deliver outstanding service to exceed expectations.
Operations
  • Manage lease files and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize Yardi software for leasing processes.
  • Verify application information and other tasks as required for LIHTC or HUD programs.
Marketing
  • Update social media and assist with advertising.
  • Stay informed about local market trends.

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail; leasing or real‑estate experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of low‑income Housing tax credit (LIHTC) preferred.
  • Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Estimated Rate of Pay

$22.32 – $24.96 per hour. This position is non‑exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.
